AdTel International releases the newest upgrade to its Doctorconnect.net patient communication system.  The upgrade allows for text messages, e-mail, and phone communication to be pre-defined in doctorconnect.net for re-care, appointments, or special events.  Doctorconnect.net is used by physicians and office staff to send patient communications like appointment reminders by text, voice, and email.  The new user interface will allow point and click user interface to define the messages.

 

One example of a custom message is to remind a new patient to arrive early to complete paperwork.  The follow-up appointment reminders will not contain the notice to arrive early included in the first message.

Clinics under corporate group management can have the individual clinics contact information included in the software licensing fee when utilizing the new upgrade.

DoctorConnect.net announces Patient Satisfaction Index

 

AdTel International, Inc. announced today an enhancement to their healthcare provider communication system, DoctorConnect.net, which will provide hospitals and individual providers to accurately measure patient satisfaction.

The service, called PSI (Patient Satisfaction Index), automatically queries patients via text messaging within 24 hours of discharge from the hospital, or in the case of individual practices within 24 hours of an office visit.   Response to the query will provide a scoring grade for the patients overall satisfaction and responders will be sent a link to a secure website to enable them to post specific comments regarding the score they’ve provided.
According to Ross Manley, AdTel’s Vice-President, “Participating healthcare providers will receive a daily summary of patient’s scoring and will be able to review associated comments at any time”. 

This service will be available beginning October 1, 2012 to coincide with the Hospital Inpatient Value-Based Purchasing Program through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Manley says, “This program is designed to enable healthcare providers to accurately determine the level of satisfaction their patients express and should be a valuable tool to determine which areas may need to be improved within a practice”.

AdTel International helps the BHPH (Buy Here Pay Here) dealer stay out of legal trouble with Autoreminder.net. Autoreminder.net is a web based payment reminder system that allows BHPH dealers to send payment reminders and past due collection notice by email and text message.
