New Review / Appointment Portal is Active

Current clients can now publish their positive reviews generated by our automated after care surveys online. Increase your google ranking and online review presence by using the reviews and comments you are already generating.

In addition to review, you can choose to enable online scheduling requests – which will be emailed to the address you specify. Appointment requests will also appear as an alert on your DoctorConnect dashboard.

DALLAS, TX, May 25, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ — AdTel International, Inc.’s is an interactive patient communication service using two-way text/SMS, voice, and email communications to increase patient and family engagement. Two years ago AdTel added drag and drop survey design, email notification, and customer reviews to the software. The survey now includes the ability to do text surveys, post reviews to clinics’ website, and change question types. The new website tools allow consumers to see reviews from other patients, request appointments, and download forms.

Ross Manley, Vice President for AdTel, said, “Physicians and medical management groups are under increasing pressure to know the results of treatment and patient satisfaction before insurance or Medicare ratings are adjusted. Giving our clinics the ability to do more reliable surveys that filter patients’ input into needed response queues will increase patient satisfaction and increase ratings from the oversight agencies.”

The website tools created by AdTel for their clients include review patient comments, download intact forms, pay co-pays, request an appointment, and text a question (for current patients). The functions will be accessed from physician’s current website and be placed as custom code in the HTML. When a patient selects an option their browser will seamlessly visit forms securely hosted by AdTel.

Physicians and clinic staff will have a user interface reached via The UI will allow graphic uploads for clinic logos, staff photos, doctor’s photos for review postings, and patient intake forms for downloads. The settings for request an appointment will be shown here and collect information for office hours, weekend hours, holidays, and staff vacations.
