I can't even begin to express my satisfaction to this product and company. Support has been incredible. Training was excellent and even after using the product for couple of months we are able to contact support and have any questions answered right away. Catherine has been magnificent, staying in contact with us on a weekly basis insuring that we are maximizing the program's capabilities and suggesting multiple other uses. The more that we use this product the more that we like it. We were able to replace two separate products, for the many options that this programs has available to us.

Our ENT medical practice uses Doctor Connect for patient appointment reminders and patient satisfaction surveys. It was easy to implement, it is easy to use and we have had great results since using it. We have been able to reduce our no shows and free up appointments for other patients. We have also used it to notify patients and staff about an unexpected closing due to inclement weather. I highly recommend it! We run 7 physician and 4 audiologist schedules through Doctor Connect.
