Request a Remote Session

DoctorConnect support engineer before submitting this form.

STEP 1.

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, PLEASE DO THESE STEPS ON YOUR SERVER.

Login to the data server (or pc) that we will be configuring as ‘Administrator’ or an account with ‘Administrator’ permissions.

STEP 2.

Open a browser window and click the link below to install the temporary remote access application – TeamViewer:

After you download and run the application, it will give you a UserId and Password as seen in this image.

Enter those numbers and the other requested contact fields in the form below.





IMPORTANT! You must leave TeamViewer open or we will not be able to connect.
